Just wanted to update on my loan postings.

Went to the meeting today at 11am, person was nice and we got right into it. Basically it came down to being part-time. She explained how many people say a credit union is easier to get a loan, but it's not true these days, at least not with the economy how it is. She explained that basically right now, with the information I had and my job, it's not possible for them to do it.

She did though tell me to go check out another place. They are suppose to be able to follow less rules, and have more options. They are called Citi Financial. So I am hoping to get more luck with them. Or maybe not get the loan.

You know that I was trying to get quite a large loan. At least for a 20 year old it's quite large.

My bank turned me down, and then I applied at a credit union called Alterna Savings. It's been about 2 weeks or so since I have done that. I have not heard anything.

Today at 9:40am they gave me a call. So now I have a meeting with them on Tuesday the 17th about the loan, I need to bring in credit statements, pay stubs, 2 pieces of id and a few other things, but it looks like I might get what I want.

I am a bit worried though, I have never really had a meeting/interview type of thing related to money before. Though it should be easy enough. In and out. I will update back here when that is completed, letting you know how it all went, and what types of interest and rates I will be getting.

You all know me, you all know my situation, you all should know from my last health posting that I need to start using a catheter.

I have not done that yet.

Am I scared? Lazy? Worried? Does not matter. What matters is that I need to do this, ASAP before it's too late and I can't seem to get myself to do it.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on getting yourself or myself to do things you don't want to, if that includes painful things or not. I NEED help doing this.

For many years now I have been with Rogers for my Internet services. This is the biggest Canadian company, or at least in Ontario. And for many years I have been complaining about them.

Now the 2 main users on my internet is my father and me. We fight about the connection all the time, him saying there is nothing wrong, and of course me complaining about everything about it. The difference, I multitask 10 browswer windows at a time, I game all the time, I use many internet heavy programs, I download HD shows movies gmaes, etc every day...and so forth. He checks his mail, checks one or 2 websites and thats it.

I have told him they have been crap for ever, trying to screw us out of our money. Cause over the years they have gone down all the time, and keeps trying to down our internet speed, at least its how it seems.

Now the last 2 weeks I know for sure they have to be screwing with us. I pay for a 1.2Mb connection, with a bull**** 90GB/month cap. I...
