I just defraged and I never thought it would actually make a difference. I have really only noticed one thing but its a big thing to me. When I open Firefox it usually take 10 to 30 seconds to open. It just opened within 2 seconds or so. WOW

 Of course defragmenting is beneficial and helps with system performance when done regularly!
