i'll have to check mine and post later. not sure if i feel like rebooting at this point in time.

edit? just checked my score. 4.5. would probably be higher if i had another stick of 1GB DDR2 800, and a slightly faster CPU, seeing as my scores for graphics, gaming graphics, and hard disk space were 5.9, 5.9, and 5.4 respectively.

Core 2 Quad Q9450 | 4GB DDR2 800 | Abit IP-35 Pro | eVGA GTX 295+

I Love Windows 7!

erm.. can someone put me in the right direction... Didn't MS say the scoring system is meant to be between 1 and 5?
If so, where does 5.5 come into the equation?

Curent system:
Intel Quad Core 9450 | 4GB RAM | WD Raptor 36GB | nVidia 8800GT 512mb

My test box scored a whopping 1.0 because of "gaming graphics".

CPU: 4.2
RAM: 4.5
Graphics: 1.9
Gaming Graphics: 1.0
HDD: 5.3

no... i dont mean the final score... but the subcategories... they're supposed to be in-line with the final score, so how can your HD score be 5.5 (EP) and 5.3 (Matt)?

I would love to try, however on my new pc (all parts except the harddrive are new as of a month ago) does not suppot the upgrade advisor cause I am running 64-bit XP. I also took another older harddrive, 10gig, and tried the 32-bit vista RC1 but it crashes on install but not my buddy who used th esame DVD, and the 64-bit RC1 says the harddrive is too small to even try installing.
